1. Promoter
The promotion is conducted by House Washing Experts (“Promoter”).
2. Promotion Period
Entries open on the date of the promotional post and close at 11:59pm on 30 March 2026.
The winner will be drawn and announced on 31 March 2026
3. Eligibility
• Open to residential property owners located within Greater Brisbane only.
• Entrants must be 18 years or older.
• Limited to one (1) entry per household / physical service address.
• Commercial properties are excluded.
• Entries that do not meet eligibility criteria may be deemed invalid.
4. How to Enter
To participate, individuals must:
a) Comment “clean” on the promotional post;
b) Submit their details via direct message and request a quote;
c) Receive and formally approve their personalised quote from House Washing Experts; and
d) Confirm a service booking scheduled to occur on or before 30 March 2026.
Entry is only activated after quote approval and booking confirmation.
5. Entry Activation
An entry is only deemed valid once ALL of the following occur:
• The quote has been formally approved by the entrant;
• A service booking date has been confirmed; and
• The scheduled service date is on or before 30 March 2026.
Leads, enquiries, or quote requests alone do not constitute an entry.
6. Entry Conditions
• Bookings must be for services within the Promoter’s standard service scope.
• Entries will be void if the booking is cancelled, postponed beyond 30 March 2026, or does not proceed to completion.
• The Promoter reserves the right to refuse unreasonable, non-genuine, or non-serviceable requests.
• Rescheduling is permitted only at the Promoter’s discretion and must remain within the promotional timeframe.
7. Prize (Winner)
There will be ONE (1) winner only.
The winner will receive a full refund of the total approved quote amount for the booked service.
The refund will be processed after full payment has been received and the service has been completed.
The prize:
• Applies only to the services listed in the approved quote;
• Is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash (other than the refund of the paid service amount);
• Must be used for the confirmed property address;
• Cannot be substituted for alternative services or future credits;
• Is not valid in conjunction with any other offer, discount, or promotion.
8. $100 OFF Voucher (All Valid Entrants)
Each valid entrant will receive a $100 OFF voucher subject to the following:
• Applicable to approved quotes of $399 or more;
• Must be used for services booked on or before 30 March 2026;
• Limited to one (1) voucher per household;
• Not transferable;
• Not redeemable for cash;
• Cannot be combined with this Promotion’s Prize or any other existing offer or promotion.
9. Verification
The Promoter reserves the right to verify:
• Residential address and ownership/authority to approve works;
• Eligibility and authenticity of the entry;
• Compliance with these Terms & Conditions.
Failure to provide verification may result in disqualification.
10. General
This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, or Meta.
The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the promotion where necessary due to operational, safety, or unforeseen circumstances.
