Our Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes life happens, and you might need to change your plans. Your scheduled appointment and satisfaction are very important to us.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your service, we kindly ask for the required advance notice outlined below.

Here’s how our policy works:

ADVANCE NOTICE:

• For standard bookings under $2,000, at least 2 business days’ notice is required.
• For any single job $2,000 and above, at least 7 days’ notice (5 business days) is required.

Cancellations or reschedules made outside the required notice period will incur a cancellation fee.

CANCELLATION FEE: This fee will be 50% of the total quoted service price OR $120, whichever amount is higher.

  1. PAYMENT FEE: This fee will be charged to your credit card on file or invoiced directly for payment.

Giving us enough notice allows us to offer that appointment slot to another valued customer. Thank you for your understanding.
