NOTICE REQUIREMENTS

• Standard bookings (under $2,000) require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.
• Bookings of $2,000 and above require a minimum of 7 days’ notice (5 business days) to cancel or reschedule.

Requests made outside the required notice period may incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total quoted service price (or $120, whichever is greater).

Our team will review your request after submission and advise whether a cancellation fee applies before any charges are processed.
